Some restaurants feature locally-grown produce and locally-raised meat, and not just because they want to help out fellow local businesses. Chipotle Mexican Grill, which has more than 1,200 U.S. restaurants, has made a commitment to using locally-grown produce wherever possible, along with meat and dairy products that come from animals free from hormones and antibiotics.
