People with longer commutes tend to be less active and are at increased risk of chronic disease, according to a new study from Washington University [Time.com].

The study found that people who commute 30 miles or longer were less likely to exercise and more likely to be obese and have an increased risk for high blood pressure.

225 bug parts in your pasta

Ever wondered what’s really in your food? The answer: bugs. While the FDA sets regulations to protect your food, they set a limit—“Food Defect Action Levels”—that determine what can be in your food. A certain amount of bug parts is acceptable. For example, 225 grams of pasta can’t have more than 225 bug parts. Anything less, and it’s OK to eat.
