Using a iPad before bed disrupts sleep

Using a tablet device like the iPad or iPad 2 can impact your ability to fall asleep and sleep soundly, according to a small study published in Applied Ergonomics [NYTimes.com]. If you’re having trouble sleeping, shut down electronics like iPads, TVs, and computers an hour or two before bedtime to help your body settle down and prepare for sleep.
